Myersville Jr. Baseball League Meeting Minutes July 10, 2008 Present: Tom Truitt, Chad Tasker, Diane
Zepp, Jeanne Bartoli, Carrie DeLauter, Keith Mullican, Audrey Strawsburg, Sonya
Whitbred, Cheryl Anne Forster, and Matt Arney.
Tom called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. June minutes were approved. Motion by
Diane and seconded by Carrie. Old Business: Summer Tournaments Field Schedules/conflicts Field Condition concerns First Aid Supplies Coaches/Players Evaluations Commitees New Business: Meeting with WMAA regarding field usage Budget Update Fall Ball registration - update Summer clinics – U8, U10, and U12 Softball – Saturdays in July (after clinics) Harp Concession-Clean up Commitees The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m. The next meeting is August 14, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. at Doubs pavilion (weather permitting).
